Location is unbeatable, just steps from Times Square. The room was cozy and very clean. AC wasn't effective, which was frustrating. Enjoyed the spacious shower and friendly staff.

The staff's kindness made up for it. The location was superb for exploring NYC, with eateries nearby. Overall, a modern and clean hotel perfect for a mother-daughter duo. Will be back!

Stayed at this hotel recently and enjoyed the prime location just a couple of blocks from Times Square. the front desk and bellman service were excellent, making check-in a breeze. the staff was helpful and even upgraded our room for free. Overall, great value for a short stay in the touristy area of New York City. One thing that could be improved is the room size, as they are quite small and basic.

During our street food exploration trip to New York City, we stayed at a hotel around the corner from Port Authority. The location was ideal for us, being a short walk to Times Square and close to Broadway. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern amenities provided. The staff were accommodating, especially when we requested a room change. Overall, a good choice for our trip, but room servicing could have been more consistent.

Silent room, clean and secure place, superbly friendly staff. I was offered a room with exceptionally good views of garden. Included an individual safe, flat-screen television and a writing desk, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. I loved the location near a metro station. All in all my stay was excellent, no reason to complain.

The staff, especially Mia, were incredibly attentive, the cozy bar had great cocktails, and the location was perfect for exploring. Despite some dustiness and a slow sink drain, the overall experience was positive. The small room was manageable, and the pet-friendly policy was a bonus. The central location and cleanliness were highlights, but the lack of room cleaning and strong hallway odor were disappointing.

During my stay at Pod Times Square, I appreciated the convenient location, just 20 km away from LaGuardia airport. This made it the perfect transit hotel for me. the free WiFi provided throughout the property allowed me to stay connected and plan my onward journey easily.

The narrow room with a bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable for two people. The upper bunk was too close to the heating, causing dry eyes, while switching off the heating made the lower bunk too cold.

Pod Times Square is in a fantastic location, close to Times Square, Broadway, and other landmarks. the convenience of having supermarkets and a metro station nearby is a definite plus. the room was clean and the shower had nice hot water. the smart TV with cable was a great feature, and I enjoyed the option of taking a walking tour offered by the hotel. for the price I paid, it was great value.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is so close to Times Square that you can easily walk there. the staff working in the bar accessible from the lobby were super friendly and helpful. the rooms were practical and clean, which was the best thing by far for us. Even though the rooms were small, they were bright and perfect for what we needed.
